1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Mixo (the "App"). Mixo is a video collage creation app that lets you combine photos and videos using templates and effects and export the result. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. Users under the age of majority must have parental or guardian consent. Users in the EU/EEA under 16 may require additional parental consent under applicable law.

3. Use of the App

Mixo provides tools to create video collages (including templates, effects, and export options). You are responsible for the content you select, edit, and export. Do not use the App to create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions & In‑App Purchases

Some features are available via one-time purchases and auto‑renewable subscriptions (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly).
Prices and durations are displayed in the App and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If offered, free trials convert to paid unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Unused portions of a trial are forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com and are subject to Apple’s policies.
Purchases can be restored on a new device via the Restore Purchases option in the App.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Where required, we request consent for analytics.

6. User Conduct

Do not misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content, or disrupt our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and technology in the App are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The App’s content is for entertainment and wellness reflection only. If you have concerns about health, safety, legal, or financial matters, consult a qualified professional.

9. Apple Terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We are responsible for the App and its content.
Your use of the App must comply with Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Apple Licensed Application EULA.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and has no warranty obligations with respect to the App.
We (not Apple) are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App and your use of it, including intellectual property claims.

10. Changes

We may modify features or update these Terms at any time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the effective date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or as required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the App. Nothing excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you retain mandatory protections of your local consumer law.
